Eddie George Hall Of Fame Ballot

Eddie George (born September 24, 1973) is best known for his impressive eight seasons with the TennesseeTitans, and as the 1995 Heisman Trophy winner at The Ohio State University.

After setting several rushing records and cementing his legacy as one of the greatest Buckeye receivers in OSU history, George went on to complete nine seasons in the NFL.

During the eight consecutive seasons spent with the Titans, he was known as a “workhorse” who rushed for a staggering 10,441 career yards.  George was named to four consecutive Pro Bowls, had more than 300 attempts and received many awards including NFL Rookie of the Year in 1996.

He played for the Tennessee Titans both in Tennessee and in Houston when the franchise was known as the Houston Oilers and spent his final season with the Dallas Cowboys.
