As her public profile continues to rise, Taj has remained a constant advocate against domestic violence.  She continues to share her commitment to ending domestic violence by speaking out, lecturing widely, and volunteering her time for various women's organizations who share her same passion and commitment to ending domestic violence.  Taj has also appeared in several plays, public service announcements and as a contributing writer to various publications/blogs.  As a victim of domestic violence, Tamara continues to uplift and inspire women all over the world with her story.
